We established DARZE as a TVET Innovation Hub at Hisham Hijjawi Technical College, with the support of the UNESCO Ramallah Office.
DARZE aims to enhance youth TVET competencies in the Palestinian labor market, focusing on Fashion Design through three priority areas:

Fostering youth employment and entrepreneurship.

Promoting equity and gender equality in the TVET sector.

Facilitating the transition to green jobs and economies.
DARZE provides an enabling co-learning and co-working environment where youth from the TVET track—especially in the fashion design sector—can benefit from a wide range of services and support programs that encourage collaboration, networking, and innovation.
The hub is designed to empower youth, particularly women and youth with disabilities from the TVET track, by offering training, innovation and entrepreneurship programs, mentorship, networking opportunities, and business development services within a well-structured environment where diversity of skills creates greater opportunities.”
